Welcome to mancity88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). To be eligible to register and maintain an account on mancity88, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mancity88 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted and accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently confirmed that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mancity88 or had an account terminated for cause, unless formally reinstated by mancity88 in writing.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mancity88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are registering only one account in your name. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

When registering an account on mancity88, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

• All registration information must be truthful and accurately reflect your real identity. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide a valid and accessible email address. mancity88 will use this address for account communications, verification, and security alerts.
• You must set a strong, unique password for your account. We recommend a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

• You must notify mancity88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• mancity88 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available.
• mancity88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may request closure of your mancity88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

mancity88 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate convenient, fast, and secure financial transactions. All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified in a specific promotional context.

The following payment methods are accepted on the mancity88 platform:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, BTC (subject to current availability)

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• mancity88 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposit credits are typically applied to your account within the processing times specified for each payment method.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment method that has been used for a previous deposit and verified in your name.
• mancity88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed while any outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus balances in your account.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and account tier. Standard processing times range from same-day (Gold/VIP tier) to 1–3 business days (standard accounts).
• mancity88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.

mancity88 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral programmes, VIP tier rewards, and other time-limited promotional offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as specific terms applicable to each individual offer.

• Each bonus offer will specify its applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games or bet types, validity period, and any game contribution weightings.
• Bonuses are credited to the Player's bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless specifically stated otherwise in the terms of a particular offer.
• mancity88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred between accounts.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple, eligible game contributions, and time limit will be stated in each offer's individual terms.

mancity88 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising real risk
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures
• Using automated software or bots to generate wagering activity

The mancity88 birthday bonus is available to verified players at eligible VIP tiers, based on the date of birth registered on the account. The bonus is credited automatically on the registered birthday date, subject to account verification status. Bonus amounts by tier range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP). Wagering requirements apply.

The mancity88 referral programme allows eligible Players to earn rewards for referring new players to the Platform. A referral bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited when the referred friend registers a valid account and completes a qualifying first deposit. Both the referring player and the new player receive the bonus. Standard wagering requirements apply to all referral bonus credits.

All bets, wagers, and gaming activities on mancity88 are subject to the following general rules, as well as specific rules applicable to individual game types (sports betting, casino games, live dealer, poker, etc.) which are published within each respective game category.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player except where specifically provided for in the relevant game rules.
• mancity88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome where a clear and obvious error in odds or conditions has occurred, including but not limited to pricing errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event (late bets) may be voided at mancity88's discretion.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, mancity88's decision regarding the result of any game or bet shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to specific rules regarding the minimum and maximum number of selections, and the treatment of voided legs within a parlay.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and/or removal at any time without prior notice, at mancity88's sole discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. mancity88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mancity88 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, impersonating another individual, or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under any name, payment method, device, or IP address.
• Money Laundering: Using the mancity88 platform to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. mancity88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or any table game.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play games or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences between markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with your payment provider in bad faith or without legitimate cause.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access for any person under the age of 21.

mancity88 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and complying with applicable regulatory obligations through a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. We reserve the right to request identity and payment verification from any Player at any time, including at the time of withdrawal requests or when unusual account activity is detected.

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your registered address, dated within the last three months
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Maybank2u account statement, Touch 'n Go transaction history)
• Source of Funds: For high-value transactions, mancity88 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal access, suspension of bonus eligibility, or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, permanent closure of the account. Deposits already made will be returned to the original payment source where possible.

• mancity88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• mancity88 shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred by any Player. All Players participate in gaming activities voluntarily and accept the associated financial risk.
• Where mancity88's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mancity88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud
• Non-compliance with KYC documentation requests
• Conduct that mancity88 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or other illegal activity
• Technical security concerns affecting the integrity of the account or the Platform
• Receipt of a legitimate self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon account termination for cause, mancity88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of KYC procedures.

mancity88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed prominently on this page.

Your continued use of the mancity88 platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mancity88 holds its operating authorisation.
